Welcome to my new portfolio, Andrea Talks Tech!

This is my site where I will blog about AI, technology, and my journey as a solutions engineer.

Here, I will share my learning journey as I redo my website in Astro. I’ve been thinking about this for a while, so I’m excited to do this site.

I’m used to Next.js, so I’m looking for the same ease of use here. I want to be able to create pages and blog posts without having to deal with a lot of complexity.

I could have used just any other static site generator, but I wanted to try Astro. I’ve heard good things about it around the developer community.

So far, I’m really enjoying the developer experience and how easy it is to get started.

What I’ve accomplished

1. Installing Astro: First, I created a new Astro project and set up my online accounts.

2. Making Pages: I then learned how to make pages by creating new .astro files and placing them in the src/pages/ folder.

3. Making Blog Posts: This is my first blog post! I now have Astro pages and Markdown posts!

What’s next
